In my group and individual mentoring programs

You will be guided by someone who deeply understands both the inner and outer journey - also through lived experience with solo travel

How it started

I’ve always been curious about the world. I started traveling early on - mostly short trips, quick getaways, seeing places, ticking destinations. I loved organizing and planning everything for me and my friends.

At some point, I simply didn’t have anyone to go with, so I went on my own. I started in Portugal, where I was studying and felt safe and comfortable traveling alone. That’s how my solo journey began.

At first, it was still about exploring - cities, cultures, landscapes - but in a slightly different way: more present, more aware. I noticed things I would never have seen while traveling with someone else. I met more people and experienced more authentic moments because of it - more local life, less touristic attractions. I also started spending more time with myself.

But it wasn’t enough. I had always dreamed of taking a one-year break from work and traveling across different countries. At some point, in my thirties, I remember thinking: maybe it’s already too late. It wasn’t. It never is too late to follow your dreams.

When I left corporate world..

..I started traveling on my own, doing things I had always wanted to do but never had the time, courage, or opportunity for - different adventures that allowed me to feel true freedom. I realized I could do anything at any age, and that nothing truly defines me. I even tried hitchhiking a few times - from France, through Switzerland and Germany, all the way to Warsaw.

The next step - living in completely different world

The next step was living in Jordan for a year, deeply exploring a completely different world while living among locals - its culture, religion, and traditions. Attending weddings and other celebrations, joining Arabic and Islamic classes, experiencing Ramadan twice, and more. This was the experience that has changed me the most so far.

Fulfilling my dream

Finally, last year I fulfilled a dream I had carried for years - a one-year journey - through Asia. Different countries, different perspectives. I finally understood this sentence deeply: one planet, so many worlds - and so many mirrors through which you can see yourself and your triggers. So many things you cannot understand, but you need to accept - for your own peace.

Intuitive way of traveling

Lately, my travels have been completely different. When I connected more deeply with my intuition and my body, I started traveling intuitively, without a plan - simply following my inner sense. This is another level of traveling, one that brings you even closer to yourself and to presence.

From outer to inner journey

Every journey showed me something about myself and transformed me deeply. Every journey brought me closer back to myself. You don’t really know yourself until you face unfamiliar conditions, different worlds, and completely different approaches to life. You begin to open and take something with you from each country you visit - especially the ones you live in. You never come back as the same person.

Years ago, I thought traveling was about visiting places. Then I thought it was about exploring cultures and perspectives. And eventually, I realized it’s about meeting yourself on a deeper level - and coming back to who you really are.

In other words: At first, my journeys were about places, plans, and experiences. Over time, they became slower, more intuitive, and more present. I stopped traveling to see more - and started traveling to feel more. Each journey brought me closer to myself, to my body, and to a deeper sense of trust and alignment.

Where it brought me

Currently, I accompany other women - especially strong, highly responsible ones - on their journeys back to themselves, reconnecting with their intuition and their bodies.

I offer holistic mentoring programs that take into account body, mind, and soul, supporting a shift from inner tension, pressure, control, and disconnection toward greater ease, trust, presence, and alignment, with a strong focus on the nervous system.

I also prepare women for their own solo, transformative journeys.
